I needed my boiler to be serviced and working with top tier Fuel and Scott was a very good experience! I set up the appointment online, he called to confirm the time, and when a issue arised he was flexible with the reschedule. On the day of the appointment he showed up right on time, Scott was friendly, professional and thorough in tuning up my boiler and replacing the oil tank filter. The price was reasonable especially considering I’m not a regular customer of theirs for buying oil. Although now I will be shopping them for my next delivery!

First time customer looking for a fill before winter hits. Called a few places to price shop but Top Tier had the daily prices right on there site. They happened to also have the best price at this time. So I called and spoke directly with the owner who took the time out of his day servicing, to set me up for a fill up the next day. Even warned me about the recent spikes in fuel costs before I gave them the go ahead. Was topped off this morning as promised. Couldn’t be happier with the prompt filling, the phone interaction, and the ease of purchasing. (No pushy upselling service contracts like other companies I called.)

As customers of Top Tier for the past year for fuel oil deliveries , we have been very pleased with their prompt service ease of placing orders, and pleasant staff. This month we contacted Top Tier for an emergency second opinion when our HVAC company of many yrs told us we needed a new furnace since they couldn’t correct a problem that occurred shortly after their annual cleaning. This left us with no heat or hot water in Nov. Although it was the end of their work day, two men from Top Tier arrived within half an hour of my call and repaired the furnace.
